By accessing or participating in our offerings—including digital tools, mentorships, or educational content—you agree to the following Terms of Service.
1. Overview
SpiritualTech Systems (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides spiritually guided services, programs, and tools rooted in Buddhist principles, mindfulness, and Karma Yoga. These services are devotional in nature and not offered as legal, financial, or medical advice.
2. Eligibility
By engaging with our services, you confirm that:
You are at least 18 years old, or have parental/guardian consent
You agree to act in good faith and abide by these terms
We reserve the right to deny access to anyone who violates these values.
3. Nature of Offerings
Our offerings—whether mentorship, content systems, or sacred tech tools—are structured as spiritual services. Your use of these services is voluntary and at your own discretion.
4. Tools & Technology
We provide access to custom tools such as 48 Social, which are spiritually grounded systems designed to support aligned visibility. These tools are infused with Enlightened energy as part of our practice. Use of these tools is subject to trust, spiritual stewardship, and the same sacred principles that guide all our offerings.
6. Community Conduct
We hold a sacred space. Any form of harassment, disruption, or disrespect may result in removal from the community. Participants agree to uphold the shared integrity of the container.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, systems, templates, and materials provided by SpiritualTech Systems remain our intellectual property. You may use them for your own aligned work, but not reproduce, redistribute, or use them without permission.
8. Use of Third-Party Platforms
Our offerings may utilize third-party tools. While we select partners with care, we are not liable for outages, changes, or issues arising from these systems.
We do not sell your data. Your information is treated as confidential and sacred.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpiritualTech Systems disclaims all liability for any loss, injury, or damages arising from participation in our containers or use of our tools. All services are provided “as is".
You agree to assume full responsibility for your own outcomes and experiences.
10. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a disagreement, you agree to first seek resolution with us directly. If needed, matters will be resolved through confidential mediation or binding arbitration in the State of California.
11. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the current version.
